Abra's Acres is a privately owned Retirement and Holiday Home for Horses (and Ponies of course).

In 2000 we were fortunate enough to be able to buy some farmland at the back of our house for our own horses. We have owned horses for over 18 years; starting with 'Abracadabra' (the chestnut horse in the picture below) - hence the name of our private retirement and holiday home. 'Abra' has given us many years of dressage, hacking and showjumping pleasure, and we believe he is now entitled to a happy, stress-free and hopefully long retirement. As we have much more space than he needs we have decided to offer a retirement and holiday home for other horses as well...

Why your horse would enjoy living at Abra's Acres retirement and holiday home:

We have over 20 acres of grassland with lots of natural shelter.
We will only accept a maximum number of 8 horses at any one time.
Paddocks are rested regularly and grazed by sheep in rotation if required.
Situated in a rural part of Buckinghamshire, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
We have no major roads nearby and no road frontage to any paddocks.
Your horse will be well away from the stress of a working livery environment.
The landowners live on the property and will love him like one of our own horses.
